Passive. Each purchase of this skill reduces the necessary Focus time to Meditate a skill or spell by 3 minutes, to a minimum of 1 minute. A character may purchase this skill up to 3 times. The cost starts at 1 XP for the first level, and increases by 2 XP per purchase.
